SCHEDULE
10:00am - 12:00pm: In the morning, the participants will be split into 2-3 groups and will take turns going to Buffalo Creek Mills and getting the chance to explore and tour their facilities.
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch and presentations will take place at the Millennium Exhibition Centre at the curling club upstairs.
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Presentations from speakers, including organic producer Marc Boulanger, who is a part of COG's Regenerative Organic Oats (ROO) Program.
