Join Us for Organic Night at FortWhyte Farms


Start your evening with an insightful tour of FortWhyte Farms at 6:30 PM, where you’ll explore their innovative regenerative farming practices.


Following the tour, Organic Night will kick off at 7:30 PM in FortWhyte Alive’s reception area. The event will feature a series of short educational videos and a roundtable discussion with farmers and industry professionals. The evening will also include plenty of time for socializing and the chance to win some fantastic made-in-Manitoba products in our raffle.


Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event.


Event Schedule:

  • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: FortWhyte Farms Tour

    • Explore the farm’s regenerative farming techniques and learn how they contribute to sustainable agriculture.

  • 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Discussion on Regenerative Agriculture

    • Join us for an engaging discussion featuring:

      • Laura Pelser – Fireweed Food Coop

      • Kayla Penelton – FortWhyte Farms

      • Kishon Warmington – Back to Roots Farm

    • Hear from Manitoba-based producers about the importance of regenerative farming, the challenges they face, and the future of sustainable food systems. We’ll also showcase several of the National Farmers Union’s Depth of Field films, which highlight regenerative farming practices across Canada.
